Fund Description
The fund was incepted in October 2001 and is managed by Pacific Life Insurance Company. The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of relatively large non-U.S. companies with market capitalizations in the range of companies represented in the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) Europe, Australasia and Far East (EAFE) Index that the manager believes are undervalued based on their earnings, cash flow or asset values. The fund may invest in companies in developed countries that are not included in the MSCI EAFE Index and in American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depository Receipts (GDRs). The fund distributes dividends and capital gains annually.
