Fund Description

The fund offers exposure to the equity real estate investment trust (REIT) market using a quality and relative value style and a fundamental security analysis approach to identify attractive investment candidates. The subadviser believes a REIT's value extends beyond the value of its underlying real estate and seeks to uncover and exploit market inefficiencies through fundamental research. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in publicly traded REITs and companies principally engaged in the real estate industry, and it concentrates its assets in the real estate industry.
