Fund Description

The fund aims to achieve its investment objective by maintaining a diversified portfolio comprising at least 80% of investment grade fixed income securities of varied maturities, utilizing tools such as forwards and derivatives. It may invest in alternative fixed income instruments, including bonds and debt securities from U.S. and non-U.S. entities. With a portfolio duration typically varying within two years of the Bloomberg U.S. Credit Index (calculated at 6.39 years as of May 31, 2025), the fund may allocate up to 15% of total assets in high yield securities and up to 30% in foreign currency-denominated securities. Additionally, it can invest up to 25% in emerging market-related securities and employ various derivative strategies to pursue total return.
