Fund Description

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of value companies with medium market capitalizations. For this fund, such companies are those with market capitalizations within the range of companies comprising the Russell MidCap Index and included within at least one of the following value indices: the MSCI All Country World IMI Value Index, the S&P 1500 Value Index, or the Russell 3000 Value Index. It emphasizes buying equity securities that appear to be undervalued, is primarily actively managed by sub-advisors, and may invest up to 30% of assets using an index sampling strategy designed to match the Russell MidCap Value Index.
