Fund Description

The fund invests mainly in common stocks of U.S. companies of any size, and may also invest in non-U.S. companies, focusing on firms the Investment Manager believes are committed to financially material sustainable business practices tied to ESG issues. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets are invested in securities meeting its sustainability criteria, based on a proprietary sector-specific materiality map informed by SASB; companies must receive an internal ESG rating of 1 or 2 (on a 1-4 scale). The process combines fundamental research with ESG analysis, considering factors such as emissions, resource use, labor and supply chain practices, and governance, alongside valuation, financial strength, growth potential, and projected earnings, cash flows, and dividends.
