Fund Description

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in value companies with large market capitalizations. For this fund, large-cap value companies are those included within at least one of the following value indices: the MSCI All Country World IMI Value Index, the S&P 1500 Value Index, or the Russell 3000 Value Index. It also invests in mid-cap equity securities and other investment companies, such as ETFs. The fund is primarily actively managed by sub-advisors, and up to 30% of assets may use an index sampling strategy designed to match the Russell 1000 Value Index.
