Fund Description

The fund was incepted in December 1985 and is managed by B.C. Ziegler and Company. The fund seeks to obtain a total return from dividends and capital gains that, before deducting the fund's operating expenses, exceeds the total return of the S&P 100 Index. The fund attempts to achieve its objective by investing in a portfolio of common stocks that approximately parallels the composition of the S&P 100 Index, but it does not intend to replicate the Index at all times. Under normal market conditions, at least 85% of the fund's total assets are invested in the common stocks that make up the Index. Dividends are declared and paid annually. Capital gain distributions, if any, are declared annually and are normally paid within 60 days after the end of the fiscal year.
