Fund Description

The fund was incepted in December 2000 and is managed by Principal Management Corporation. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in undervalued equity securities of companies among the 750 largest by market capitalization that the fund believes offer above-average potential for growth in future earnings. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in companies with large market capitalizations at the time of purchase. The fund may invest up to 25% of its assets in securities of foreign companies. Dividends and capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
