Fund Description
Incepted in July 1994, the fund is managed by Prudential Investments. The main objective of the fund is to seek long-term capital growth. The fund normally invests at least 80% of the fund's investable assets in securities of companies doing business in or domiciled in Europe, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom. The principal type of security in which the fund invests is common stock. There is no limit on the percentage of the fund's assets that may be invested in any single country. If there are any dividends and capital gains, the management distributes them annually.
