Fund Description
The fund was incepted in May 1988 and is managed by Perritt Capital Management, Inc. The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests in the stocks of United States companies that have equity market values of less than $400 million at the time of purchase. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the common stock of micro-cap companies. The fund distributes dividends and capital gains annually, in December.
