Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities with a track record of paying dividends, defined as having paid a dividend within the past 12 months. Derivatives providing exposure to this investment focus, or related market risk factors, are counted toward the 80% policy as applicable. The fund generally targets large-cap companies and typically uses a value approach, seeking dividend-paying stocks viewed as undervalued and possibly temporarily out of favor, with prospects for capital appreciation and dividend growth. It may concentrate in a single economic sector, invests mostly in U.S. common stocks, and may invest in foreign stocks.
