Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of companies worldwide; derivatives providing relevant exposure may count toward this policy. It typically invests in at least five countries, including the U.S., and generally holds at least 25% of net assets in foreign issuers. It invests across a broad range of industries in the U.S. and other developed markets and, to a lesser extent, emerging markets, generally focusing on large- and mid-cap stocks. Stock selection is driven mainly by fundamental research using a value approach that seeks companies viewed as undervalued, temporarily out of favor, and positioned for long-term capital appreciation or dividend growth, including firms with restructuring or turnaround potential, sound balance sheets, and attractive or growing dividends; sector exposure may be significant at times.
