Fund Description
The fund was incepted in April 1991 and is managed by T. Rowe Price Associates. The objective of this fund is to seek highest level of income exempt from federal and Virginia state income taxes by investing primarily in investment-grade Virginia municipal bonds. The fund invests at least 80% of net assets in investment-grade Virginia municipal bonds. The fund declares dividends on daily basis and are distributed on the first business day of each month. Capital gains are distributed in December.
