Fund Description

The fund seeks investments that will appreciate over time and aims to outperform the returns of the S&P 500 Index over the long term. It normally invests at least 80% of its investable assets (net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity and equity-related securities of large-cap U.S. companies. The subadviser uses a quantitatively driven, bottom-up process, with an adaptive stock-selection model that evaluates stocks differently based on growth expectations and builds portfolios to emphasize the most attractive stocks identified, subject to risk constraints. It may at times hold a significant portion of assets in a single economic sector.
