Fund Description
The fund was incepted in June 1997 and is managed by Pax World Management Corp. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital, with current income, as the secondary objective. The fund invests primarily in equity securities (common stock, preferred stock and securities convertible into common stock) of established companies with above-average growth prospects. The fund may invest up to 25% of its assets in foreign companies. The fund pays dividends semi-annually in July and December. Capital gains, if any, are distributed annually in December.
