Fund Description

The fund seeks its objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets in common stocks, preferred stocks, and securities convertible into common or preferred stock of publicly traded companies worldwide, including companies of any size. It typically invests in at least three countries including the U.S., normally allocates 30% or more of total assets to non-U.S. companies, and may invest any portion in emerging markets. It may use ADRs, EDRs, GDRs, or similar vehicles. Security selection combines quantitative modeling and qualitative analysis, with ongoing monitoring and sales based on ranking, price appreciation, outlook changes, or better opportunities. It typically does not hedge foreign currency exposure, though it may use currency exchange contracts, and may at times concentrate in certain sectors, including information technology.
