Fund Description

The fund has a non-fundamental policy to invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes in securities of companies engaged in the infrastructure business, as defined by specified GICS sub-industries. It principally invests in equity securities, including common stocks, of globally diversified infrastructure companies and may invest a significant portion of assets in non-U.S. and emerging markets securities. It may invest in MLPs and REITs and in large-, mid- or small-cap companies. It may use derivatives, including index futures, for market exposure and long/short positions, and may enter into spot and forward currency contracts to facilitate settlement of securities transactions, and may use ADRs or GDRs. The adviser uses a multi-manager approach, quantitative and/or rules-based processes, and may change asset allocation at any time.
