Fund Description
The fund was incepted in December 1991 and is managed by Royce & Associates, LLC. The fund seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests its assets primarily in a broadly portfolio of equity securities issued by micro-cap companies. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the equity securities of micro-cap companies. Dividends and capital gains are distributed each year in December.
