Fund Description
The fund was incepted in December 2002 and is managed by Morgan Asset Management, Inc. The fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of mid-sized U.S. companies (i.e. companies whose market capitalization fall within the range tracked by the Standard & Poor's Midcap 400 Index at the time of purchase). The fund pays dividends quarterly and capital gains annually.
