Fund Description
The fund was incepted in December 1982 and is managed by Retirement System Investors Inc. The fund's objective is a total return that exceeds the total return of the Lipper Large-Cap Value funds average measured over a period of three to five years. The fund invests in equity securities of companies that are considered to be undervalued. The funds invest primarily in common stocks and other equity-based securities, such as securities convertible into common stocks, warrants to purchase common stocks, and American Depositary Receipts (''ADRs'') for common stock of foreign companies. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 90% of its assets in equity-based securities. The fund does not ordinarily declare and pay dividends.
