Fund Description
The fund was incepted in March 1993 and is managed by Sentinel Advisors Company. The fund seeks growth of capital, by investing mainly in common stocks of small and medium-sized companies that Sentinel Advisors believe have attractive growth potential and are attractively valued. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in stocks of small companies, which have, at the time of purchase, market capitalizations of less than $3 billion. Up to 25% of the fund's assets may be invested in securities within a single industry. Dividends are distributed annually. Capital gains are distributed in December, following the November 30th fiscal year-end.
