Fund Description

The fund was incepted in November 2001 and is managed by Trusco Capital Management, Inc. The fund seeks to provide both capital appreciation and current income by investing in US mid-cap companies. The fund invests primarily at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of U.S. mid-sized companies with market capitalizations between approximately $1 billion and $12 billion. The fund invests in companies that pay regular income dividends and which are undervalued. The fund pays dividends quarterly and distributes capital gains, if any, at least annually.
