Fund Description

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in large US companies that are similar in size to the companies in the Russell 1000 Growth Index. Equity holdings are mainly common stocks, but may include preferred stocks or convertible securities. Up to 20% may be invested in stocks and other securities of companies not publicly traded in the United States. The portfolio typically holds about 45-55 issuers. Management uses a risk-balanced, bottom-up process supported by proprietary in-house research, valuation metrics, risk parameters, and consideration of financially material ESG factors, and may lend securities up to one-third of total assets.
