Fund Description
The fund was incepted in December 1989 and is managed by Smith Barney Fund Management. The objective of the fund is to seek high current income. The fund invests in a variety of fixed-income securities, such as domestic and foreign government and corporate securities, including high-yield bonds. The fund generally pays dividends monthly and makes capital gain distributions, if any, once a year, typically in December.
