Fund Description

The fund seeks to invest at least 80% of assets in large-capitalization securities the Adviser considers to have "core" characteristics, balancing value and growth. It defines large-cap as companies generally within the market-cap range of the S&P 500 Index. The fund primarily invests in equity securities, including common stocks, rights, REITs, options, warrants, convertible debt of U.S. and U.S. dollar-denominated foreign issuers, and ADRs, and may use mutual funds and ETFs for portfolio management, liquidity, return on collateral, diversification, and trading efficiency. Security selection uses qualitative, quantitative, and proprietary analysis, applying the Adviser's probability-based h-factor methodology to avoid "losers," identify underpriced and overpriced securities, and sell holdings that no longer meet criteria, as conditions change, or to meet redemptions.
