Fund Description

The fund is actively managed and invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of large-cap companies in its benchmark index that pass values-based screens. The 80% test is measured at investment based on net assets plus borrowings, including investments made directly or through other investment companies that have substantially similar 80% policies, and shareholders receive at least 60 days' notice of policy changes. It seeks to generally match benchmark weightings and risk profile while screening out prohibited companies and reallocating screened weights by upweighting companies with the highest positive value scores. It may invest in other investment companies and REITs, and up to 5% in certain vehicles or derivatives that may have exposure to otherwise excluded companies.
