Fund Description
The fund was incepted in December 1993 and is managed by Sit Investment Associates, Inc. The fund seeks long-term capital growth consistent with preservation of principal and seeks to provide shareholders with regular income. The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing in a diversified portfolio of stocks and bonds. The fund invests between 35% and 65% of its assets in common stocks and between 35% and 65% in fixed-income securities. The fund distributes its dividends quarterly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
