Fund Description

The fund was incepted in November 1997 and is managed by Strong Capital Management, Inc. The fund seeks total return by investing for income and capital growth typically in stocks of large-capitalization companies that the managers believe offer the potential for capital growth, consisting primarily of income-producing equity securities. The fund may also invest up to 25% of its net assets in foreign securities. The fund offers dividends quarterly and net capital gains annually.
