Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks and other equity-type securities, such as preferred stocks and convertible bonds, of companies with small market capitalizations, defined as those with market caps of $6.0 billion or less. This definition may be re-evaluated periodically. The fund can retain securities that exceed this threshold and may hold less than 80% of net assets in small capitalization stocks. Additionally, it typically allocates a significant portion of its assets outside the United States, including in emerging markets. A system of multiple portfolio managers is employed to manage the fund's assets, with decisions made based on professional judgment focused on attractive long-term investment opportunities.
