Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks, including amounts borrowed for investment purposes. It focuses primarily on equity securities of U.S. companies with large market capitalizations, generally exceeding $2 billion, that are considered undervalued and possess potential for long-term growth and current income. Under normal circumstances, the fund also reserves the ability to invest up to 20% of its net assets in foreign securities, either directly or through depositary receipts. Additionally, it may emphasize specific sectors, such as information technology, during its investment selection process.
