Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of emerging market issuers, including common and preferred stocks, warrants, participation notes, depositary receipts and REITs. It normally invests in at least six emerging market countries but may concentrate substantially in one or a limited number of countries; China is expected to be a significant exposure and may include VIEs. It uses a multi-manager structure with multiple sub-advisers overseen by SEI Investments Management Corporation, and may use swaps, futures, forwards, options and credit default swaps for synthetic exposure or hedging. It may also invest in ETFs and other funds, and may hold some U.S. and developed-market securities, including small-cap.
