Fund Description

The Manager believes companies undergoing Positive Dynamic Change offer the best opportunities, including companies realizing High Unit Volume Growth or undergoing Positive Lifecycle Change. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of companies of any size with an average-or-above ESG rating from a third-party agency and, in the Manager's view, promising growth potential, including U.S. or foreign-listed common or preferred stocks. The Manager uses fundamental analysis and ESG ratings, may concentrate in a single sector, and does not bar any industries. It may sell at a target price, if expectations aren't met, or if other opportunities appear more attractive, and may hold cash and cash equivalents up to 15%.
