Fund Description

The fund seeks investment results that correspond to the total return of U.S. common stocks as represented by the S&P 500 Composite Stock Price Index, which includes 500 leading U.S. companies across a broad range of industries and is maintained by Standard & Poor's. Passively managed, it invests primarily in index constituents so portfolio weights approximate the index and targets a return correlation of at least 0.95. Under normal conditions, it invests at least 80% of total assets in underlying index stocks, may use futures to help minimize tracking error, and holds short-term securities and cash equivalents for liquidity.
