Fund Description

The fund was incepted in August 1999 and is managed by Smith Barney Fund Management. The objective of the fund is to seek long-term capital growth. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in approximately 40 large, established companies with large market capitalizations that the portfolio managers believe offer potential for superior long-term growth. The fund generally pays dividends and makes capital gain distributions, if any, once a year, typically in December.
