Fund Description
The fund was incepted in December 1996 and is managed by The Boston Company Asset Management (TBCAM) LLC. The fund seeks to achieve long-term growth of capital by investing primarily in equity securities of small cap U.S. companies. The fund invests all of its assets in a TBCAM advised master portfolio, which invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets in equity securities of small cap U.S. companies. The fund declares and pays dividends semiannually and distributes capital gains annually.
