Fund Description

The fund seeks growth of capital using a value strategy focused predominantly on Large Cap and Mid Cap common stocks, defined at purchase as over $10 billion and between $1 billion and $10 billion in market capitalization, respectively. It may at times have significant exposure to one or more market sectors. The adviser applies strict valuation screening, rigorous company-specific research, and stock selection, and strives to be at or near fully invested. Risk control emphasizes low absolute and relative P/E valuations, financially sound underperformers, and maximum position constraints, with governance and environmental and social factors considered as appropriate. Most assets are in domestic common stock, with potential investment in U.S.-traded securities of non-U.S. companies, including ADRs.
