Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in common stocks of small U.S. companies similar in size to those in the Russell 2000 Index and seeks above-average long-term total return. It may invest up to 20% of total assets in U.S. government securities and up to 20% of net assets in foreign securities. Management uses an active process combining financial analysis with assessments of corporate strategy and management quality, seeking stocks viewed as undervalued relative to intrinsic worth, and considers financially material ESG factors. It may use derivatives, including put options, and may lend securities up to one-third of total assets.
