Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities of large-capitalization companies and up to 25% of total assets in equity securities of foreign issuers through ADRs and similar investments. It targets companies with prospects for robust, sustainable revenue and earnings growth, competitive advantages, and effective management, and seeks to identify companies that embrace innovation and are viewed as being on the "right side of change." The team seeks to exploit mispricing through intensive fundamental research, sets price objectives using industry-specific valuation methods, and continuously monitors holdings for fundamental changes. It may invest in any sector and may emphasize particular sectors, selling when growth prospects fade, target price is reached, or a better opportunity arises.
