Fund Description
The fund was incepted in August 2002 and is managed by AIM Advisors, Inc. The fund seeks to achieve a high level of current income consistent with the preservation of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in a diversified portfolio of investment grade fixed income securities. Dividends, if any, are declared daily and paid monthly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
