Fund Description

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of net assets in securities of real estate and real estate-related companies, including real estate investment trusts (REITs). A real estate company generally derives at least 50% of revenue from, or has at least 50% of assets in, the ownership, construction, financing, management or sale of commercial, industrial or residential real estate. The fund invests more than 25% of assets in REITs, including mortgage REITs and other real estate-related securities, and may hold equities such as preferred stocks, convertible securities, limited liability companies and similar enterprises, including eligible foreign issuers or depositary receipts. It seeks total return through capital appreciation and current income.
