Fund Description

The fund invests largely in a supervised portfolio of common stocks or convertible securities that management believes have growth potential. In pursuing its investment objective, the management team seeks to minimize the recognition of capital gains. The fund may emphasize companies with mid to large market capitalizations, but is not limited by market cap and may invest in companies of any size. When consistent with its investment objective, the fund may buy or sell options or futures on a security or an index of securities (derivatives).
