Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets, including borrowings for investment purposes, in value securities, primarily equity securities of companies in non-U.S. developed and emerging market countries. Holdings are mainly common stocks and may include ADRs and GDRs. It may invest in companies of any size, generally purchasing companies with market capitalizations of $20 million or more. A company is considered non-U.S. based on trading venue, organization, principal place of business, or revenue sources, and emerging markets are those in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index. The sub-adviser uses a quantitative investment model to make investment decisions, ranking securities based on fundamental measures of value and indicators of near-term appreciation potential, subject to overall risk controls.
