Fund Description

The fund normally invests at least 80% of total assets in stocks of small- and mid-cap companies, defined as those with market capitalizations within the range of companies in the Russell MidCap Growth Index at the time of investment. It uses a growth style, focusing on companies believed to have above-average potential for growth in revenue, earnings, or cash flow, and typically holds a limited number of companies selected under the manager's criteria. It may invest in U.S. and foreign companies, including via ADRs or other depositary receipts, and may invest in equity REITs. It may hold cash or cash equivalents defensively and will not invest in Excluded Securities tied to specified industries or activities.
