Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in large-cap equity securities that meet its ESG criteria, using an expanded definition of equity securities that may include common and preferred stocks, warrants, certain convertible debt, MLP and REIT securities, depositary receipts, and other equity-like securities. It seeks to achieve the return of the U.S. stock market as represented by the S&P 500 Index while considering ESG factors, including carbon intensity and fossil fuel reserves. It generally avoids companies significantly involved in activities such as alcohol, tobacco, weapons, firearms, thermal coal, adult entertainment, arctic oil and gas, oil sands extraction, for-profit prisons, and gambling. It may invest up to 15% of assets in foreign investments.
