Fund Description

The fund was incepted in August 1994 and is managed by Tocqueville Asset Management L.P., The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation consistent with preservation of capital. The fund invests primarily in non-U.S. companies. The fund normally invests at least 65% of its total assets in stocks of companies located in at least three different countries, which includes developed and emerging market countries. The fund invests primarily in Small Cap Companies and companies having market values between $1 billion and $5 billion ('Mid Cap Companies'), but may also invest in companies having market values of $5 billion or more ('Large Cap Companies'). Dividends and capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
