Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowing for investment purposes, in equity securities of large companies. It focuses mainly on large domestic and international companies with market capitalizations comparable to those in widely known indices such as the Russell 1000 or S&P 500, or large-company classifications published by Morningstar or Lipper. It invests primarily in common stocks, using fundamental analysis and other techniques to identify companies it believes are undervalued relative to long-term earnings potential or asset value, and may sell holdings to secure gains, limit losses, or reposition assets.
