Fund Description
The fund was incepted in March 1998 and is managed by SEI Investments Management Corporation. The fund seeks high long-term after-tax returns. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of large companies. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of U.S. companies with market capitalizations of more than $1 billion. The fund uses a multi-manager approach, relying upon a number of sub-advisers to manage portions of the fund's portfolio under the general supervision of the fund adviser. Dividends are distributed quarterly. Capital gains, if any, are distributed annually.
