Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in securities of energy infrastructure companies, including midstream infrastructure that processes, stores, transports and markets natural gas, natural gas liquids, refined products and crude oil, and power & renewable infrastructure that generates, transports and distributes electricity. It focuses primarily on equity securities, including common stock, MLP and LLC common units, MLP affiliate equities, and other investment companies that invest primarily in energy infrastructure, and may also invest in preferred equity and convertible securities. It is non-diversified, may invest in IPOs, limits MLPs and other qualified publicly traded partnerships to 25% of total assets, and may invest up to 30% in non-North American currency-denominated securities, 20% in debt (including below investment grade), and 15% in illiquid investments.
