Fund Description

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets, including borrowings for investment purposes, in equity and equity-related securities of companies in foreign countries, primarily common stock, preferred stock, and depositary receipts; this non-fundamental 80% policy may be changed with 60 days' prior notice to shareholders. It generally holds a concentrated portfolio of 25 to 40 issuers, with position sizes weighted by conviction, and may invest up to 30% in emerging or frontier markets. It uses fundamental research and a bottom-up approach, and may consider ESG factors when deemed material. Holdings are generally intended to be held three to five years, with sales based on criteria, risk, or relative opportunity.
