Fund Description

The fund is actively managed and invests at least 80% of assets in small- to mid-cap companies included in its benchmark index that pass values-based screens. It generally seeks to match the benchmark's weightings and risk profile, while excluding prohibited companies and reallocating the screened weightings by upweighting remaining companies with the highest positive value scores based on third-party data. Screens seek to avoid companies materially involved with alcohol, tobacco, gambling, abortion services and related drugs, certain embryonic stem-cell research, adult entertainment, or recreational cannabis. It may invest in other investment companies, REITs, and up to 5% in certain vehicles or derivatives that may have exposure to otherwise excluded companies.
